CVS commit by aclu: 

I moved Cervisia integration because we currently already have all the CVS features that KDevelop 2
provided. Cervisia integration is therefore an addition and not a KDevelop 2 compatibility issue.
As you all can see, KDevelop 2 compatibility issues list is getting
smaller. How about releasing a Beta version as soon as all the remaing KDevelop 2 compatibility issues
are implemented/fixed?
