Wow, that's bad. Thankfully I haven't had any people do that to me :)

Reminds me of the people (the two people that have done it so far have been 
AOL users -- I'm not saying anything ;) ) that have e-mailed me looking for 
Windows technical support after they saw my page about running Linux on my 
old laptop.

Anyway, at least now I can just send off mostly automated replies to people 
that mail webmaster@kde.org telling them to look at 
http://www.kde.org/contact/#contactinfo.
