I don't know the semantics of the Mail-followup-to header. So I don't
know for sure if that would be correct. But I think at least the "reply
to all" function should also add the addresses from the
Mail-followup-to header.

Unfortunately not. Mail-followup-to isn't mentioned in RFC 2822
(Internet Message Format) nor in any other RFC AFAIK.
