Ta-da, XSLT Chat window

NOTES:
	EVERYONE now has to choose a new XSLT template. There are three defaults
	included (MSN, XChat, Kopete) that are modeled off the old styles. If you
	do not choose a new template before chatting messages *will not appear as
	expected*. I will refine this upgrade procedure later so that it prompts
	the user to choose a new template or something if their tmeplate is invalid.

	There is no way to import an old style into an XSL template, its pretty
	much impossible. So any custom style you have created will no longer
	function. On the plus side, editing the styles is much more logical
	since it is XSLT. Anyone wanting to refine their style who does not know
	XSL I suggest checking out www.w3schools.com for some good tutorials.
	
	I have tested the chatwindow and conf pretty heavily but have *not*
	tested the external plugins (translator, crypto) yet. I do not know how
	well / if they will function at present.

STUFF TO DO:
	- Remove even more code from KopeteMessage as I further integrate the XML
	functionality
	- Test plugins / fix any issues
	- Define a DTD for the KopeteMessage
	- Write up a simple doc describing the tags/attrs in the DTD and what they
	contain
	- Make a simple HOWTO make a message style and post it on kopete.kde.org
