Hi,

I've improved it slightly now:

<a href="<?php if ($site_external) print "http://www.kde.org" ?>/family/"
accesskey="3" title="A complete structural overview of the KDE.org web
pages.">Sitemap</a> |
    <a href="<?php if ($site_external) print "http://www.kde.org"
?>/documentation/" accesskey="6" title="Do you have problems? Read the
documentation.">Help</a>

If $site_external is set, it will link to kde.org/family, otherwise it will
use relative links.

I think that solves the problems, and is the best solution I can think of at
the moment.
