Hi George,

this seems to break compilation. The "or better" part doesn't work.
I know get the error message:

You'll need to install a suitable version of aRts in the same prefix as KDE
before you build kdelibs.

 * artsc-config: /usr/kde/HEAD/bin/artsc-config
 * kdelibs prefix: /usr/kde/HEAD
 * aRts prefix: /usr/kde/HEAD
 * aRts version: 1.2.0 (required: 1.1.x)
