bug fixes goes on :
- source the functions file kvim.vim earlier so that gideon properly open files
- if sending a command fails, then don't remove it from the queue and try again
  at the next turn, fixes problems due to application sending commands before the \
                kpart is ready
- disabled DCOP signals for now, it made the kpart unusable in gideon (gideon
  asks the whole text each time we press a key). dunno yet how to solve that problem \
...

know issue : while using DCOP communication, a file may not be displayed properly \
just after it was opened. it needs a CTRL+L to redisplay the screen. Prolly a vimpart \
bug ...

people willing to test, please use kvim HEAD or any gvim 6.x or it won't work at all.
