implement KoSpinBox::mapTextToValue and friends (KoParagCounter:: fromRomanNumber, \
fromAlphaUpperNumber, fromAlphaLowerNumber) so now you can finally type things like \
"iv" in Paragraph Settings/Bullets\/Numbers/Start at spinbox instead of only being \
able to click.  Although typing text into QCheckBox's in general is a little quirky \
anyway...

fix accel conflict with "&Display levels"
