let's simply agree that cvs is utterly broken by design and all
repositories should be migrated to subversion when it reaches an
acceptable maturity. :)
btw, the "move by copy" could be auto-detected and transformed to proper
moves by the migration system (to whatever superior scm system), so we
have one more potential reason to use this sort of moving.
