Are you going to make the change in KDE CVS HEAD too or should I do it?
(directory kdelibs/mimetype/application)

The reason why I ask is that you have just changed compactibility section for 
KDE 3.1.x in KOffice, but the mime types in KDE CVS HEAD are still the old 
ones.
