Hmm, no :). Several CPUs can't compile one cpp file together (unless this
feature got into gcc recently ;) ), and make -j means parallel make, i.e.
building several files at once. But with --enable-final you usually have only
one file to build per directory, and automake doesn't let make -j build in
several dirs in parallel.
