The named contexts and named references are supported in Kate 2.1 (KDE
3.1), except in the <includeRule> construct, but they are  not
necessary. In post KDE 3.1 aka HEAD they are a MUST, you will get a
warning dialog, if you address contexts or attributes by numeric ID
