Backports:
    - a very grave bug fixed: Clear List in the New Project wizard deleted
      all the files from the target dir. This is evil, if the target dir
      existed and contained old files.
    - upload/rescan project/add to new project tree view behaviour fixed

A must to go in 3.1 release!
