* Fixed bug. If you selected a langauge, and removed it, it was not possible
  to at it without adding a different language first.
* Merged klanguagebutton and kmenubutton.

BTW: I just added support for icons for the submenus as well. So if someone 
can create some icons for the continents, that would be cool.
