CVS commit by adawit: 

- Fix the problems with the previous patch as pointed out by David.

- Changed "Show &values" -> "Show &Values" since the same string exists
	in the same file and hence should not break i18n.

- Fix a nasty bug in KManualProxyDialog which prevented the correct
  FTP proxy server information from being set.

- KEnvVarProxyDailog was completely broken in terms of behavior.  Fixed
  it to resemble kManualProxyDialog in ::validate.  This way one can set
	proxy information for anyone of the protocols available independently.
