CVS commit by gebauer: 

* fix for #31992: partial articles are now marked as read like normal
  articles.
* activate forward/cancel/supersede for those articles, too
* removed obsolete qt 3.0 workaround (calling setText(QString::null); before
  setting the actual html, seems to work fine without this trick now)
