Good point for generic icons that will be maintained in kdeartwork. But
application specific icons should indeed be maintained within the app.
Atlantik has some application specific icons as well. What if I package a
new stand-alone release and there are no hicolor icons available in the
package? (Atlantik runs on KDE 3.0, hm, KOffice might have the same problem)
