I'm having a look at this problem, it seems the iconloader thinks you're 
asking for User icons instead of Bar icons, in the meantime ... can you 
fix something in kget for me ? :)

KGet simply refuses to download a file if it already exists in the 
destination directory. I think it should ask the user for a new name or a 
new destination path. (Sorry if you already fixed that one, it happened to 
me some time ago and I didn't try it since then).
