Ensure that mcopidl doesn't get passed any arguments besides -I's, since
the output of ``xine-config --cflags'' can have non-I CFLAGS in it.
I have yet to be able to test this patch on kdemultimedia (which I wrote
with Simon's help nearly a week ago), but the two below say it's ok, and
it sure seems fine to me too.  :)
