Log Message:

- Try to handle bottom tabs as close to proper as possible (unfortunately, 
the original file format doesn't support them, so try to generate images by flipping) \
- makes  some themes look a lot better with ksirc.
- Fix Qt Designer 3.1 toolbox mis-drawing
- Some focus rect fixing (behave sensibly in non-3D mode)
- Support Qt 3.1b1
- Fix loader bugs affecting PixmapBWidth, 3DFocusRect and 3DFocusOffset.
