I intent to add them later.

I am not sure how to proceed with that though. I don't want to plaster all of 
share/applnk with uninstall files, so I thought to only install files based 
on a migration from KDE 3.0 to KDE 3.1.

On the other hand, people that use RPMs shouldn't need uninstall files so it's 
probably more for those who compile from source themselves and in that case 
it might be worth to install uninstall files based on the KDE 3.1beta1, at 
least for the KDE 3.1beta2,. but then I guess those files shouldn't end up in 
the final version.
