1 changing object::calc() to Object::calc( const ScreenInfo& ), so
that objects know what rect they should calc for.  This is especially
useful for Locuses ( examples/locustest.kig is actually starting to
look like something like a conic ;).  It is also planned to make
Labels behave like normal Objects.  I think Labels aren't going to be
very hard any more after this commit.  This is a rather big change
that required rewriting a lot of code.  As i was looking at all the
files, i couldn't resist to do 2 and 3 ;)
