working on kig...
merged FixedPoint and ConstrainedPoint into NormalPoint, which uses
Bridge pattern with FixedPointImp and ConstrainedPointImp.  This
allows us to support dynamic redefinition of a point, like KSeg
has...
Also added a function NPImpForCoord, which gives a sensible Imp based
on where the user clicked ( on a Curve -> ConstrainedImp, else
FixedImp )... This centralises the code we had in different places...
