Changing the API of findContact() so that it also accepts an identity ID. Changed \
KopeteContact class accordingly and added a virtual function identityId(). For \
transition, it returns QString::null by default. All plugins have been ported looking \
for QString::null as identity ID.

Plugin authors please verify and extend as needed.
