those klipper options actually work now, without the need to patch
a zillion of applications.

Due to a Qt bug, the synchronizing/implicit selection works only after
the second copy :-/

Removed the setText() etc. methods taking the Clipboard/Selection enum,
as Qt 3.1's QClipboard will have those.
