Consistency fixes for Mimetype Names:

- the main change is that everything is now "Title Case"
- removed plurals (e.g. the file is an "Ar Archive", not an "Ar Archives")
- I've tried to "give every File Type a type" (e.g. the file is not a "KWord", it's a \
                "KWord Document")
- this is sure to drive the translation teams crazy (sorry!)

Now, in future, could everyone please (double please?) stick to these conventions \
(unless you want to fix the 200 odd mimetypes to suit your tastes :)).

I've probably made a mistake somewhere so if you are going to send flames, send them \
direct to me, not to kde-cvs since I'm not subscribed :)
