Log Message:

- Switch drawing of toolbars and menubars to code -- it looks smoother, 
   plus is dithered on 16bpp displays..

- Use cg.button() and not cg.highlight() on disabled slider handles..

- Don't even try to run on 8bpp displays.

- Use FocusRect instead of full active indicator over disabled items

- Do the shaping for dropdown combos in resize event, and not the paint event..

- Drop the shaping for dropdowns in unpolish(), so people don't end up with
 cutoff menus in combos..

- Cleanup Makefile.am a bit, thanks to G.B...
