UI fixes from Xandros:

* Expanded contractions (couldn't -> could not)
* Added or removed periods at end of sentences based on where they
  were (captions/dialogs yes, checkboxes no)
* Enabled F1-to-start-kdehelp in kruler
* Added a few -caption "%c" params in some .desktop files
