Log Message:
Converting KSVG's ecma engine to the static hashtable based
caching system.

Based on hours of discussions with David on LinuxTag :)

WARNING:
1. This brakes KSVG compilation... (weekend again)
2. ecma/ compiles, impl/ not
3. Please don't commit anything related to this change until ksvg
   builds again...
