* Plugins now inherit QObject
* Changed the plugin loader to support KGenericFactory based plugins and
  only use the 'old' system if the code defines a create_plugin symbol.
  MSN is ported, see the diff on how to port. Basically remove the
  plugin.cpp file from the plugin dir and change some 3 lines or so in the
  FooProtocol class

Many thanks to David Faure and Simon Hausmann for teaching me this stuff
and helping me port it on LinuxTag.
