big patch, in fact:
- implemented a standardized progress and message display while printing 
  as part of the printing wizard (no additional dialog popping up)
- further developed the DetailsViewContainer class as a container to 
  display contacts (one at a time) in different styles - base classes, 
  factories, lean and mean interface
- more detail patches
