New taskbar mode, show iconified windows only.
An occasional request in #kde-users, and it seems reasonable enough.
For people who use alt-tab in and just want a way to get at 
windows that are otherwise hidden:-)

This should probably get added to kasbar too, but as it looks like kasbar
is getting other work right now I'll wait a bit
