Log Message:
Added the ability to manipulate the klipper clipboard via dcop.  This is very handy \
because it provides a central point to control the clipboard from dcop.  Implemented \
are set, get and clear clipboardContents.  As a bonus the klipper history is updated \
too.  If anyone is offended by the patch please revert.
