Umm... I have to wonder why &middot; still works incorrectly
in Konqueror. A simple removal of :
   
   /* This one should die */ \
   case 0xb7: (x) = '*';    break; \

   (kdelibs/khtml/html/htmltokenizer.cpp)

Cures the problem, but what other factors am I missing?
