Log Message:

-Rework handling of bg brush pattern alignment. Needs a lot work/testing
especially wrt to unpolish) before a potential backport, but seems a lot
nicer already. Well, at the very least it doesn't break Konsole's tip 
dialog's alignment any longer (oops!).

Many thanks to Mosfet for contributing a fix for handling KActiveLabel's
brush alignment.
