btw, those actions are disabled, if the gpg/pgp configuration is not done or 
not sufficient yet. Why not keep those actions enabled and guide the user how 
to configure it properly? Like a small messagebox with an explanation and 
asking for the right values (or at least opening the config-dialog with the 
right page after closing the messagebox)?
