Commit of "[Patch] Fix i18n bug in kinstalltheme...".

This fixes kthemestyle's keys() method not matching .themerc's [which
are used for translations], when kinstalltheme run in a locale \notin {C,en_US}.

Also, fixes a bug where kinstalltheme-written theme list would lack the terminating
 ^e, making the entry invisible to QSetting's list-reading code, and therefore hiding
one of the themes from the user.

+ kinstalltheme is not a GUI app, let kapp ctor know...
