Just committing this for fun ;) 
- reloading a treeview reloads now all the opened child folders as well
- like Qt is doing I made the KonqListViewDir a friend of KonqTreeViewWidget so
  some methods need not to be public anymore

This time I commented the tricky parts :)

KonqTreeViewWidget::slotClear( const KURL & ) isn't working for sure, but
it is never called, I have to write a hack that does this.
