Fix linker glitch (libgcc not linked when using -nostdlibs) on PowerPC 
linux. We were missing the .a file it uses to link that library. This
causes trouble for artsc, various kcontrols, and according to
geiseri a host of other long-standing issues in kdebindings as well.
