Log Message:
- Added some logic to the recoloring code to prefer the inactive
  titlebar color to the active one for color schemes like EveX.
- Support widget styles that fill the popup menu panel.
- Optimized the drawing code to get rid of a mild flicker
  on low end systems and remote X connections.
