Add a hidden pref in kdeglobals to pick which Xinerama screen the 
splashscreen goes to (instead of always going to the leftmost)

we'll add a UI in 3.1 sometime, but this makes it possible for a
user to do something about the selection, and will be needed to support
a UI anyway.
