This patch actually reverts a necesary fix made for 3.0.1.  This is not 
the proper fix, and I'm currently looking for a better solution.  The 
problem with calling qt_cleanup() after deleting the style is that the 
post routines (called from qt_cleanup()) sometimes access the style.
