First version of web friendlier docbook -> html generation
To use:
Copy your document folder somewhere, 

For now run with 
'meinproc --stylesheet /path/to/share/apps/ksgmltools/customizaton/kde-web-navig.xsl'

Copy the common dir from kdelibs/doc/common to the same level as the folder
containing the documentation, as the graphics/css are looked for in ../common

Please test, earlier versions killed some old netscapes, although I can't
repeat it.

This should make it much easier to provide KDE documentation on the websites
again
