Weeeh, yet anoter _major_ speedup.
This "fix" combined with roi -> ksvg will rule the world ;)

ok, a svg specifies the size for itself
we always created a rendering buffer which was as big
as the kpart widget is, completly wrong
the buffer is now as big as the svg file wants it to be

MASSIVE speed improvements
rendering ie. animation-add-BE-09.svg needs
13 ms for blitting only! (now i know why Sodipodi is that fast)

And ~ 60 for rendering, that's much better

FIXME:
If a svg is shorter then the kpart widget's size
just switch the windows and come back to see the
effect, i know some solutions -> let's talk to rob first
