Log Message:
I commit my big changes.
Now kpresenter has real page.
All page code is in kprpage.cc/h
There is a new canvas class : kprcanvas (it replaces page class)

-I add fixes for "page number offset" as in kword.

For the moment this code can load/save all object/background etc...
but there is a lot of bug :( (a lot of drawing bug).
