Log Message:
- Updated the animation code to draw the new frames.
- Made the taskbar preload the animation pixmaps at creation time
  rather than reloading them every time a new taskbutton is created.
- Optimized the animation code by eliminating the need for
  creating a QPainter to draw the animation frames.
