Fixed crash when setting footer invisible (and the footer contains a KWVariable).
(#35497, #31724, ##33821)
Careful when using allCustomItems, there are several kind of custom items, not
all are KWAnchors.
Made code more generic, so that the showing/hiding of nested inline frames happens
for all text framesets, not only for header/footer.
