changes:
* fixed the leak in the sensors plugin
* reworked the plugin loader/unloader/module code a little (fixes bugs and speeds up \
                the config dialog being displayed and plugin loader/unloader is \
                faster too)
* switched the plugins to use the KSimPluginView::config() function
