Inherit from the new KIconViewItem (update kdelibs if you get an error!)
A few cleanups from the kde-alpha-blending days.
(Seems I had the same trouble as Antonio when it comes to re-implementing
QIconViewItem::paintItem. Fortunately I could avoid a #define private public hack
since KIconViewItem only cares about the word-wrap case.... This still sucks
though, too much code to duplicate from QIconViewItem.)
