And I also upgraded to SuSE 7.3.  Well, nice.  But it uses autoconf 2.52.
As I saw how fast that ugly overengineered piece of crap is, I fell out of
my chair, and as my head pitched the ground an idea plopped out, so...
Break KDE^W^W
Provide my own magic version of m4_foreach, used by AC_FOREACH, used
by AC_CONFIG_FILES, used by AC_OUTPUT(obsolete), which causes this:
# time autoconf-2.5x
real    6m31.288s

It now is:
# time autoconf-2.5x
real    0m18.634s

Still eighteen times slower than 2.13, but...
If anybody has 2.13, he should test this.  It shouldn't matter, as both
functions didn't exist back then, but never say never.  Long live mighty m4.
